In 2005, Citrine undertook its first electrification project — the N2 Gateway Housing Settlement Project. Since then, we have completed projects for such organizations as Eskom and government and private enterprises including Sobambisana Community Property Developments, Ibuyile, Seakay Property Developers, Power Construction, City of Cape Town, Municipality

|
- Supply and install mini-substation and LV and MV reticulation network for Joe Slovo 1, Langa Phase 1 development
- Installation of 2000 service connections for Delft Precinct 2 & 3 housing development
- Supply of MV/LV Electrical reticulation network, installation of mini substations and service connections for Delft 3-5 development
- Supply and installation of 2000 metres MV bulk feeder cable to the Delft area
- Implement electrical distribution network and supply and erection of street lighting for the Joe Slovo, Langa, Phase 2 development.
- Supply and installation of mini substations and MV/LV reticulation network for Newrest development

- Erection of poles and cable stringing for street lighting in Silversands Road, Delft area.
- MV and LV reticulation plus internal wiring for the electrification of 50 remote homes in the Beaufort West area
- Maintenance of LV and MV networks; LV and MV reticulation; planting of poles; installation of pole mounted transformers; installation of ring main units; installation of 500kva mini-subs; string and tensioning of MV conductor and ABC conductor in the area of Khayelitsha.

DSM and Renewable Energy Projects
|
- Accredited Eskom DSM EsCo
- Turnkey delivery of services for the exchange of incandescent bulbs for energy saving CFL’s in the Western Cape and Gauteng in over 100,000 homes
- Turnkey delivery and project management services for DSM Sustainability Projects in Khayelitsha which involved project services and the supply of manpower for an audit and exchange program in over 40,000 homes

- Supply, installation and commissioning of 48 Solar water heaters in Joe Slovo 3 development
- Supply, installation and commissioning of 300 solar water heaters in Darling Township
- Installation of 1500 smart water meter systems in Khayelitsha
- Lighting energy audits and installation of energy saving lighting devices in corporate offices, shopping centre and parking garages
